Get Real

Our culture's values are often far from being Biblical and it's also likely that they aren't even realistic.  Our teens need to understand that not only will they not be happy if they had all that commercials and other marketing promise them, but much of what is promised isn't real. 

Take courage in the fact that we are called a "royal priesthood."  We are told that we are loved so much that God laid his life down for us!  We are reminded also in Scripture of God's greatness and it is he that formed us in his image.  Take a look at the verses below and compare the kind of beauty we often chase after with the beauty of God and the beauty of his creation, which includes each of us.
